By accessing or using the Minubia website at minubia.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. For clients using Minubia software platforms (INSight, MiOrder, Permit & Case Management, ERP, Integrations), separate service agreements govern those products.

Minubia B.V. is a technology company registered in Curaçao, Dutch Caribbean, providing digital solutions for insurance, government, and distribution organisations.

3. Use of the Website

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
